I have always enjoyed sports here. The atmosphere is really good. Unfortunately having to stop moving.
"Normal" gym, so no hype situations and a hall full of young hipsters in sleek brands suits. Just a nice "No nonsense" gym.
Would get 4 stars the moment they turned off the muzak at certain times.

Great diverse gym where only skilled people work who understand their trade.
What I like that it is not a gym with an anabolic culture.
No pumped-up boys throwing heavy weights, but here your friends, neighbors, parents, supermarket cashier, grandparents, etc.
So whatever your physical or age, you really don't have to feel uncomfortable here.

What I am also very pleased with is the nutrition program with which I have lost more than 20 kg.
Not a diet but a program that allows you to learn new eating habits under supervision in a number of weeks.
Which can be perfectly sustained for the rest of your life.
I am not normally into writing reviews but this company deserves something after what they have all done for me.
