Just what a gym is supposed to be. You will always be seen and greeted upon arrival. You immediately enter a fresh space where no one is pigeonholed, literally and figuratively. The atmosphere is pleasant and social and there is attention for everyone. Whether it is for a chat or guidance on sports.

A gym as it is intended, with passionate owners who provide most of the training themselves. Whether you come to work with weights or for one of the group lessons, there are many different options to work on a healthy and strong body. I like to come there for boot camp, fight club and my own "old school" dumbell and barbell workouts.
