Last week I brought in my laptop to be repaired, after dropping a glass on water on it, that resulted in my touchpad and some keys of the keyboard not working properly. PC Refresh did a diagnosis very fast, and were all very friendly and accessible in my communication with them. They explained to me clearly and even offered me to borrow a laptop from them, so that I can still do my work till the reparation is complete. That service was not needed after all, exactly because my laptop was up and running soon enough and I could pick it up this morning, without the need to borrow another one. The reparation essentially took them 2 days, since the weekend came in between (I brought in on Thursday afternoon and had it back on Monday morning) I am more than happy with their fast, reliable and kind service! I will be back for any problems, no doubt , these guys definitely won my trust :) :) Thank you!!

Great service and very kind people. I spilled water over my trackpad and keyboard, but PC Refresh fixed it perfectly. It took about 4 working days for it to be fixed which is doable. You also get a 2 year warranty, which is nice! The communication too is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend!

Good Service, quick service and super quality. Took my MacBook in and come back with a clear solution on how to fix all the issues. Now my MacBook is all as new due to the professional advice and quick turnaround. Thanks guys
