Incredible service and really honest advice. I came in with a cheap student violin needing a basic set-up after transport (including a loose soundpost, an ill-sized bridge and a new set of strings, with my weird request to tune it non-standard). She listened to the request and fixed it all in no time and to these precies requirements, without trying to push for expensive parts or extensive work. Katharina was very professional and I am definitely going back. She's officially my new violin doctor!
