Very nice gym, it has all kinds of fitness machines, for every muscle group, group classes, and clean dressing rooms. It is not too crowded and the attendance is excellent!

Has good equipment and friendly staff. They have too squatting and olympic lifting platforms and good barbells and bumper-plates for powerlifting. The barbells are not compatible for olympic lifting.

Nice place, all the people that train there are like a family, if you want to train hard in a good environment, this is your place.
