I started training with Team Moody a little over a year ago. As an absolute beginner (read: no fitness and no experience at all with kickboxing) I felt very welcome. Beginners and advanced students train together, Alexander and Lucas know how to distribute the attention over the different levels, pay close attention to technique, etc. and make it a really nice lesson. Personally, I am always very enthusiastic about the nice background beats 🎶

Me and my girlfriend had been looking for what really suited us in terms of sports for a while. We didn't want something soft, but something that would really energize us. We ended up with team moody and we are completely over !! Very nice atmosphere and really break down !! That's what we wanted !! Really recommended !!
