I go there regularly and the prices are fairly appropriate which is great! It's on the smaller side with surprisingly enough space; two floors, top floor with machines and free-weights, second floor with more open free space, lift equipment, and two separated rooms with cycling equipment in one and a free space with a mirror wall on the other where lots of classes are held. It's a good place if you're starting off or don't need a lot of free, own space, or if you're simply trying to stay fit on a bit more of a basic level. The employees are mostly very friendly. The sanitary options like toilets, changing rooms, showers, and sauna are nice and well kept. I wouldn't say there is anything amazing to it though and the options to gradually better yourself aren't that great. Conclusion: Good place to start! And good place to stay if you keep it simple in terms of space and equipment!

Worst management ever, they certainly haven’t learned that the customer is in the right, they accuse you of lying and are not flexible at all! Some employees are trying to be helpful but most of them are very rude when it comes to administrative thing and will rise their voice at you if you try to figure things out over the phone because they didn’t fix the things they were supposed to before you left (owners as well). I have never felt so frustrated or mad at any institution before. They should be ashamed of how they treat their paying clients! 🤬🤬🤬

I have absolutely terrible experience with cancelling my subscription. Not customer oriented. Not friendly even raised the voice on the phone. I apparently had to take a picture of my cancellation form. This was of course stated afterwards and not while i was submitting the form. It’s November by now. I am still paying while I should have stopped at least by July now. In stead of looking for solutions of what was possible they want me to travel from another city to cancel it again... Apparently if they cannot find my cancellation form - that is my fault. Unbelievable. Such an unpleasant experience while everything is fine for if you want to use their facilities. Very very disappointed.

Clean place, usually not too crowded, nice atmosphere, the equipment works fine. Sometimes some of the staff can be rude, and the music is louder than it should be, considering the fact that half of the people listen to their own music while training. Overall a nice place to work out though.
