Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, great equipment. Highly recommended gym in a very nice part of The Hague
Tip: open at 6am. Find a cheap power for those few extra hours in the morning to open and keep an eye on things. I would have liked to train here in the morning but you don't open until 8.30am. That may work in the painter's district where most people are on benefits, but people who want to train in the early morning BEFORE they go to work cannot go here! Very sorry!
Good gym. But have ridiculous opening times. Don't open until 8 a.m. or so. Not feasible for me. And it looks like I'm not alone.
Great gym accessible and good atmosphere.
Staff is top notch and have enough machines and weights. Age group of the gym is for young and old. Parents and seniors in particular, which I personally really like.
