Always pleased with my haircut. Especially Mariska is excellent.

Just had really bad experience, called at 5.10 and spoke to Lea who said they had no waiting time. Arrived 10 min later with my super excited 5 year old daughter really looking forward to get her hair done when they told me they couldn't do her hair! Although they close at 7 and were 2 staff and only 1 customer!! No real explanation given just a can't be bothered attitude! Needless to say my daughter was really crying and couldn't understand why...staff just shrugged their shoulders...definitely will not be going there again, really need to work on their customer service skills, currently non existant!

Friendly staff. No appointment needed. But this one is crossed off our list as well after a haircut that makes me feel like the Barbie of a 4-year old. Randomly cut, not segmented, different length on both sides? I don’t even dare to call back to complain and ask to fix it! Boyfriend's cut was ok-ish after explaining to the girl how to hold a trimmer or trim side burns? If she was a trainee they should have indicated that.

Good but a little pricy

Non-creative, uninterested staff, could improve on customer friendliness specifically and decent manners in general. Even when competing on price rather than quality or service these aspects can de dealt with better.
