After deciding to sell my house, I invited 3 brokers for a valuation. After discussions, the choice fell on Dekker brokers (Wim Groen) because they came across as convincing. But it soon became clear that this broker did not provide feedback on the progress of the sale. Even after calling several times, you were not called back. Even when you called the office with the message "let Wim call me back" you were not called. This has happened to me several times. My house had been for sale for months now. He then came up with the proposal to drop the price by € 50,000 in order to reach a wider audience. I also agreed at one point. Even after this price reduction, this broker could not sell my house. In the end, I decided to work with Hooglanden Makelaardij because of his lax behavior. He sold my house above the asking price then set within a week. I will advise against anyone taking this broker.

Having both the purchase of our new house and the sale of the old (and the mortgage) taken care of through Dekker. The collaboration with Alice was great. Good and pleasant communication, it is nice if you can discuss not only the fun, but also the tricky things about buying and selling with each other. Alice is very enthusiastic, easily accessible and a professional and I think we were a good match :-), because we are certainly satisfied!
