Found an apartment which has been published on Funda. Called within 2-3 hours after the ad has been posted to schedule a viewing. Lady on the phone has said: please send us a request via Funda. Fine! One week later - apartment "Onder bod". Still no response. Left a 1-star review. Update (3 hours after the comment has been published): Received a call from the agency owner who explained the situation and apologized for this mistake. Suggested to have a viewing tomorrow and ensured that the "bod" is not final and I still have a few days. Even though it's not an ideal situation but I still believe that such a rapid complaint handling deserves 5 stars. Appreciate it!

We have come to know Niels de Groot as a good sales broker who always puts the interests of his customers first and does not bend under pressure, not even from fellow brokers. Asking price was better than we could have dreamed, and it was right. Niels has helped us a lot with a very manipulative buyer who continuously tried to put pressure on us to lower the agreed price. Thanks to the excellent guidance of Niels, she did not gain a foothold. House has been sold for the agreed price. If we had any concerns about the sales process, we could always put it to Niels, which was very pleasant and reassuring. He took over the communication with the buyer as much as possible (we often ran into her), minimized the number of visits from her and put pressure on the buyer to just keep the agreements made. We chatted a lot with Niels, which turned out to be very efficient to be able to switch quickly. Finally, we also received a beautiful gift for our newborn child. We also liked the contact with the other people at the office very much. If we sell our current house, we will certainly contact Zevensprong Makelaardij again.
