Not so friendly on the highway!

PLEASE NOTE: worthless travel company, does not discriminate and does not transport 'white' Dutch people. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years and always with family and friends, every year and every trip I booked with this travel company I (Hindustani woman) wanted to make a trip to Disneyland Paris with my Dutch husband, brother and sister Excellent Tours. After booking and paying and receiving confirmation, we assumed that everything was just right. Until I was called three days before departure by Navin of Excellent Tours indicating that they are not enough rooms booked at the hotel and we booked 4-bed room so it was not available. Whether we wanted to pay a hefty amount .. After discussing something back and forth, we still hung with a bad feeling. Together with my husband, I decided to cancel the trip at Excellent and then make the trip to Disneyland Paris via Snake Travel and leave it behind us, until Mr. Jack from Excellent Tours dared to call me one evening, a few days later. I have never experienced what happened to me then. Jack, the prejudiced man he has always had his son Navin learned that earlier that week was a discussion between us and Jack had to let you see who was the male. Jack called me to receive my father's telephone number so that he could briefly tell my father how the conversation between us went. I (read: mature woman of 26 years, married and living together with my husband) had booked the trip and paid my father had nothing to do, and Jack still had to talk my father. Bonus question for everyone: is Jack really so stupid to think that the conversation he would never have with my father would intimidate me? Answer: Yes. Apparently, Hindustani women must respect these backward men with their backward practices. Anyway, I can still overlook this kind of stupidity, because somewhere it is still quite cute that Jack thought he could intimidate me in this way. The telephone conversation was then continued and what really struck me is the following: Jack would know my husband better than me, which of course is quite logical since Jack for more than eight years happily with my husband ..... Jack could tell me how my husband was brought up, how his mentality is, how do and leave is and how ONT-ZET-TEND my husband is. Jack made it clear that people like my husband do not fit in their customer base, Curry Dutchmen. Because yes, THOSE people are just brought up, incredibly mischievous. I didn't know what happened to me. This here is customer loyalty at its best here and this is exactly why we, together with all our friends and family, never traveling more with this crappy tour. Excellent? No, just ANTI-BAKRA (read: anti-'white' Dutch). People, if you are Dutch, know that Jack is watching you. He will find out how you were brought up, how your mentality is, how you are doing and what you are and how jittery you are and he will use this against you. So if your life is dear to you, I would recommend that you book through another travel company to prevent this type of scene. Greetings.

Lousy customer loyalty. 4 days before departure to Disneyland they inform us that we have to pay extra because they cannot reserve enough rooms. If I indicate that I do not agree with this, they cancel our booking. Without compensation. For example, if they had said let's split it, fine, but they only reproach me! This post above took a really bizarre turn. A week after this conflict, the travel company contacts my wife and tells her that I have gone mad, that the Dutch are super tight (raised) and that the Dutch do not fit into their customer base. After this they indicate to my wife that they are still going to complain about me to my in-laws. This is truly the most unprofessional organization I've ever experienced. Tip to all Dutch people, do not go with this organization, you do not fit the mentality and customer base of this company. Tip to all Hindus, go with one of the other providers. These couldn't possibly be worse.

I'm angry that Excellent touring weigh only half the day on Wednesday via SMS to me by giving the Southall on 26-10-16 day trip is canceled. In other words just text us back. If you want your money back or you want to leave the trip for the next month that it goes on. I was told by other travel agencies on a month or Tuesday morning that the trip was canceled. Also that I have to pass on my bank account to refund the money and if it was communicated via e-mail. Via excellent tour it is just a cold text. I'm angry about this because if one well in advance could pass that the trip was canceled, I could book somewhere else. I am very dissatisfied.

Well organized tour operator from reception to farewell. Pleasant, well-explained driver who is familiar with the sights visited. Excellent tours does not hire its own drivers and buses, so there is clear attention for the customer. Bus, hotel and travel were perfect. We had a wonderful trip with children and grandma (3 day disney), everyone was made to their liking. Disney is from 10 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., great. Thank you Excellent tours, we come with you more often.
