Weeks passed and then we made contact again, we managed to reach customer service and again they found it annoying that it took so long. It was agreed that we would have the money in our account at the end of June 2017. Fine we thought, regularly, but unfortunately, 6 weeks later still nothing received and certainly nothing heard anymore. Then we again sent a registered letter with a term of payment, otherwise we would contact the CBW Disputes Committee to which they are affiliated. Now it is July 20, 2017 and we have received our money. pffffffffffffffff, less worry. I recommend everyone to see if you have legal expenses insurance. We could then have called in this and sent a letter from a lawyer or the like. will certainly have made handling faster. You understand: the Castle has ended for us, never Chateaux d'Ax again.
