Not very reliable. Had gathered information via Whatsapp, sent photos of the outside, inside, interior up to and including floor mats. Received a quotation, agreed with the assignment description and price and made an agreement. Come and bring the car on the agreed date and time, the employee says that 75 euros will be added. The price agreement that I had agreed was not known at all. Owner thought it was a case of poor communication. I no longer have the confidence to let these guys do it. ===== In response to answer from owner: The only thing I wanted, and thought we had also agreed is the Premium cleaning package, I even agreed to the 25 euros extra because it is a station wagon and stickers had to be removed. That's it. Incidentally, polishing and brushing can very well be two different things. To the layman, brushing is the same as cleaning / cleaning. Polishing is a procedure. Perhaps this is a cause of the misunderstanding. None of the 'secret agenda' to maybe get polish (polish?) For free, I drive a 13 year old Ford, do you really think I care about a polish? I just want to have the car cleaned and the stickers removed (your Premium cleaning package). About my review, yes, I am disappointed with the way things turned out and especially the lost time, but that is my personal experience. I like to leave it to the reader what a reader does with it. I do believe that you have been satisfying your customers for 12 years. I have now had my car cleaned (without polishing!) By another party.
