I ordered a letterbox apple pie. After waiting 1 week, I called Bakkerij Margriet. That the apple pie was still not there? It was immediately said we will send a new one !! That was there a day later, and also that I had ordered a week earlier, Post NL had delivered it wrong !! Bakery Margriet informed about what had happened. I wanted to pay the 2nd apple pie but no I didn't have to ... the other one was not that fresh anymore .. because it was delivered much too late. I think this is TOP SERVICE !!! Thank you very much .. Bakery Margriet .. And the apple pie tastes delicious !!

I recently ordered two letterbox cakes from Bakkerij Margriet. A few days later I received one. After looking at the box I saw that only the street name was mentioned on it. The house number was missing. So actually a miracle that I got one anyway. Bakery Margriet immediately offered to send a new apple pie. Top service, especially since it was not their fault. Apple pie was also very leaky. Second cake that I ordered myself had never been received again.

Ordered a letterbox apple pie for my birthday sister. She had no idea, had never heard of it. In astonishment she opened the package, took a snack and ..... was sold! She loves it !. Could hardly stay away from it. Surprise successful! Recommended!

My parents thought the letterbox cake I sent them was super tasty. They had never had it like this from a baker. Very successful!!

Letterbox apple pie ordered for Saturday, unfortunately already delivered on Friday, instead of about 750 grams, it is only 583 grams, tasty but not what it promised.
