Hands off! Bad packaging. Article arrived broken. Contacted Brickshop.eu. They told me the risk of damage must be borne by the buyer. Otherwise I should buy in a local store next time to see what I buy. No concession, very unfriendly customer "service". Never again!

Very poor service. I ordered Lego for € 200 (pre-order) and asked via email if they know more about the delivery time and if I can pick up my Lego instead of the shipping I chose. In the mail back they wrote that “as in the previous mail we expect the Lego on June 1”. Not really helpful. They did not answer my other question, so I sent another email to pick it up. The answer was "no, you chose free shipping so you can't pick it up". The Lego was a pre-order, so very strange. When I wrote a review about this on the website, my other pre-order was canceled with the note “We choose not to deliver to you after your wrong criticism. Good day!". Furthermore, my account on their website has been blocked. Shocking service. I strongly advise against this company!

Almost everything is more expensive, but occasionally, if you look well, you will still find a great promotion. Until you have to pay 10 euros in shipping costs, get no guarantee, receive blunt responses to e-mail, if you already get a response, and are therefore still more expensive than at the official lego shop. The question is whether you actually get the item for the advertised price, because they also seem to cheat with that. But then you delve into it a bit further, read the conditions, the "rules" and take a step back to let everything affect you. Extremely unprofessional website, SpaceJam has an even more modern website and that site is from 1997. They do not want to provide a guarantee unless you pay extra. Damage to a box by sending you therefore have bad luck. They don't want to take responsibility. As I said, sets are more expensive, many sets also lack photos or descriptions. (or they take pre-orders, but you immediately lose your money. It is better to pre-order your sets through LEGO, because there is no guarantee that you will receive your product or that you do not have to pay extra when the product finally arrives) comes out.) Everything about this website simply goes against customer satisfaction, customer service or common sense. I quickly canceled my order, every store that wants to see money in advance, offers no guarantee and has no standard return / money back clause does not deserve the customers. Oh, and look on Facebook for fun. Many negative reactions, with evidence. And the reviews on their website are mostly fake! (almost) nothing lower than three stars, but all full of praise! (grappiste reviews are the ones that are placed twice on the same day! if you can't maintain that well already ....)
