Ordered a new wire string on August 16, 2020, already called 3 times, they say it has already been sent 3 times but probably got lost by post. Nobody believes it got lost in the post 3 times, right?!. They don't want to find out where the problem is. What do I have to do with this?

If you apply for a job (2x) because of a vacancy, they are too bad to send you a rejection. They just don't show anything! Grrr Outrageous and that for such a wonderful company.

Part of a Bruynzeel Rolhor can no longer be used, the response from DeliHome (parent company) is to buy a completely new roller screen and throw away all the remaining parts. After that, no longer respond to emails. Ridiculous service, very bad communication. Sustainability is hard to find at this company. (despite all the nice talk on the website.)

We once bought our screen door somewhere else and that company no longer exists. When the screen door broke and we needed a new part, we ended up at Deli Home. Asked by email if they could deliver the part. Within an hour I had a response and the part was sent to us free of charge. What service!
