The great thing about Kundalini yoga is the variation during the lessons: meditation, warm up exercises, firm exercises during the krya and relaxation. But my favorite part is the singing of the Mantras. I can really enjoy and look forward to that! During the lesson Suzan talks a lot about the meaning of the exercises and the mantras. I get a lot of strength for myself. I can also apply this in daily life. Very nice lessons at a special location. I can have all the attention for myself.

Kundalini yoga suits me. After two years I still enjoy the lessons with great pleasure. A present for myself. Suzan Janssen is a cordial, passionate teacher who knows how to surprise and stimulate me over and over again.

I have been following the Kundalini yoga classes for years at Suzan, very fine form of yoga, Suzan is a very sweet, knowledgeable yoga teacher, with a lot of knowledge, and it is always nice to be there.
