bicycle carrier purchased at vd Vliet from the brand Thule. This one is not working properly. The short bike holder is too long. As a result, the bicycles are at an angle to the carrier. also the rear wheel does not fit in the holder on the bicycle gutter. I reported this, sent pictures. Van Vd Vliet's response is: Too bad we can't do anything about it. You can buy a short bike holder ..... So worthless advice. Then informed at Thule (via de Wit Schijndel). They say that it is indeed wrong: this bike holder (nr2) is not good for my carrier, a new one (bike holder 1, will be sent. Well resolved by de Wit. (where I didn't buy it. Bad van vd Vliet!
