I first called the store about my phone that wouldn't charge anymore. On the phone I was helped unfriendly and curtly and was told to come to the store. Then I am already received unfriendly in the store, a bit as if they don't want to help me at all. My phone was taken to see where the charging issue was. There was no dust in my charging port so it would be on my charger and I was offered a new charger for 25 euros. I didn't buy this one because I already thought it was a strange story and I tested it at home with several chargers. The chargers that did not work on my phone did work on other Samsung phones from which I can only draw 1 conclusion and that is that the problem lies with my phone. In summary: a wrong conclusion has been reached and an attempt has been made to sell me something that is of no use to me, while I was helped in an unkind tone and not even listened to my story.

When it comes to good products and service, you have come to the right place !! Super company!
