This is regarding the consular section. Some of the new things are not going smooth yet, but you can see even though now dozens of people per day apply for a visa (as it is a covid19 requirement) the staff manages to do so, with changing requirements. I have deep respect for them, dealing with these cases and my case was one of those exceptions and I've probably done more work than was required, in the end it was all processed same day. But it did show there is lack of communication between some of the different government and private sections that made up my visa process, I learned to deal with it over the years, but for many that have never had to deal with visa applications it could be a headache... Please remember stay respectful and understanding even though it doesn't go your way. And good luck with your application!

I had to process my visa and COE in this embassy recently, and all went smoothly. It took about one month to bringing my passport to arriving in Bangkok, including covid test, fit to fly certificate , visa and ticket. No complains.access to public is only in the afternoon. Communication by email is best.

Original review: Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Updated review: (from 1 to 3 stars). Although communication inititally by e-mail was not very nice I have to say they did a good job in in the process of getting a certificate of entry for Thailand. I understand that for the people at the embassy it’s also a lot of work. Managing all the applications, answering the same questions people have, etc. But the whole application process for me was smooth and clear.

While some people posting their comments seem to have had an unpleasant experience, for me I was very satisfied with their service. I had to contact them twice and they were very helpful, friendly and responsive. They clearly explained things I had to do.
