Although i bought the car there and have all maintenance taken at this garage the customer service is not very friendly and they hardly make time to explain what they have repaired and pricing to me. I recently brought my car to repair the ventilation system and received a 100 eur bill (incl 43 eur for changing 2 little lights of 1.40 eur each) and the problem was still not fixed. Instead of apologizing and fixing it asap they told me i had to wait another 3 weeks before they would have time to put in an ordered piece. In the meanwhile i cannot use my car because the windows keep fogging up and i cannot free them without ventilation. Very disappointed about the service.
We are very happy with our Ford Kuga! We were still looking for the type and model when we arrived as a customer at Broekhuis. By receiving good advice and tips, we are now the proud owner of a Ford Kuga. A car that suits us perfectly in terms of family composition and budget. Compliments for the very customer-friendly and professional attitude of the director of Broekhuis Wageningen. Despite Corona, we have been personally helped perfectly. Broekhuis has a very satisfied customer!

Just went to Opel Broekhuis Wageningen to change the brake light. I only wanted to know how to do it. I had to pay 22.50 for 12 minutes, which is a bad service for a regular customer.
