She received an addition to start a civil case and when it was handed over (and therefore she got paid) she said she was not going to do the proceedings. The reason was that we could lose. I told them that I wanted the judge to assess this. She lived by her decision not to do anything and did not want to give the money back to the Legal Aid Board. Now I don't get a new addition and no other lawyer wants to take over an addition because the money is already used up. I feel well cheated.
