Sanidump Middelburg

Great experience with Sani dump, friendly people and everything delivered quickly. We now enjoy a beautiful bathroom. We will definitely be back soon for a new toilet.

Well helped, not expensive. Beautiful bathroom now

Normally I never post reviews, neither positive nor negative, but unfortunately I get too much headache from it that I have to write it off. Visited the showroom in Middelburg at the beginning of October. Assisted by a lady, made a drawing, had an explanation, you know it. Thought about it at home and decided to place the order. We were soon informed that the ordered products had arrived. Because it involved quite a lot and heavy things, I drove around with a friend. Our stuff was loaded from the warehouse with the help of the friendly employee. While loading he showed us our beautiful bathroom furniture, with light oak drawers. At least, that should be so, because it was quite a dark shade of gray. I tell him that I think we had ordered a light oak bathroom furniture. He looks at my receipt, he checks his receipt, and tells me that I am absolutely correct, but that this is the type of light oak. I look at my helpful friend with a look of - it will be, maybe my girlfriend has changed the order -, and we will continue to load. When I get home I ask my girlfriend if she wants to check the bathroom furniture. Of course I was right, and my girlfriend immediately called Sanidump. The error was admitted, and another would be ordered. A few days later our tiler could start with the bathroom. When unpacking the boxes it turned out that the wall tiles had the same color as the floor tiles, which we had not ordered. Another phone call, and another ride to the color we ordered. When our tiler was busy the 2nd day, it turned out that we had too few tiles. While according to the drawing we should now have more than enough, but unfortunately, another ride to the mortiere. Later that week received a phone call that the bathroom furniture was ready. I decided to go back to Sanidump the next day with the wrong furniture. During the unloading, it was immediately noticeable that the box that was ready to take was larger than the one I took out of my car. Tasty then, ordered a new one, but a different size. Drove to Middelburg for nothing. Fortunately, but one week later I received the correct one. All's well that ends well. You would say. Until our shower was installed. The installer was busy and discovered that there was an error in Grohe's shower. There was a leak in the tap. Unfortunately, Sani Dump cannot help me in this. A report must now be made by me on the Grohe website, where, among other things, I must enter a number that I can find on the box. Oh yes, I still have… .. Not. Well, I hope you all enjoyed my story a lot, now I have to go on to see how I'm going to solve this problem. Let's get started now by submitting a report to Grohe. We'll just wait and see. I am not saying that I do not recommend them, but I hope not to get there myself (especially in the short term). But thanks for all the good. (Update: This week received a flower from Sanidump!
