Appointment not fulfilled. No one showed up at the appointed time. I did apologize and after a new appointment was made (with discount offered) someone came the next day with a bucket and a sponge. WASHING my car had to bring the vacuum cleaner and the garden hose. Not a promised steam cleaner and not waxed, after the turn all seams were still dirty, and several spots, after complaint no response from the company. Expensive wash.
