Misleading company. Always state next day delivery on products in stock. Two orders an both were not even processed the next day. If you need some parts and time is crucial for you, ovoid this company!

Just as evil as the GPU scalpers themselves. Raising prices because they know it will sell anyway. People, vote with your wallet and do not buy from companies like this!

Very helpful and understanding service department. After a bit less than a year my gpu died and I could pick out a new one. This new one didn't meet my expectations and I could choose to get my money back. This all went very quick with retour labels provided by Alternate

Alter-NEVER-EVER - bought a SSD hard drive few months ago. USED!!! (Alternate: No, it wasn't, u might scratched it yourself!?!?!?!?!) - bought Hyper FuryX RAM few months ago. Did not work (dual chan). They told me I can't send it back because the seal was opened. (Now know that the should have taken it back by the Dutch/European LAW As i said; ALTERNEVER for me (spread the word please)

Wanted to buy a top gaming PC on the site. All excited I called the store for more detail and after trying to get hold on someone for a long time I decided to buy it anyway. Sadly it was sold out. Ok no big deal I decided to call the store again for pre order details. After a very long time I finally got someone on the line. My 1st Q: how long will I have to wait for the pc after I pre-order? A: I cannot say, we have to order the parts. 2nd Q: Can you please check coz the GPU is available on your site? A: Sorry this takes time to assemble. 3rd Q: Can you please just tell me an estimated time; Longer then 2 weeks, or a month? A: Sorry I can't say. After that informative talk, I decided to call a different company. They were not sure about the RTX3090, but they can assure me I will get it by the end of the next week. Sold. I honestly love Alternate, and I'm not trying to be mean. Please improve the costumer service. People on the location are so fast and helpful.
