The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful despite the German language, but the delivery service is very bad, the delivery is three days late even though you need a fridge! Days later we get a fridge, in the sales contract stands and deliver. They put it down and went. We had to find it that the fridge was too big, although this was clarified ten times We had imagined our vacation to be different.
