As also shared and emailed with Jan Kort of installation company Deurloo, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. First wait two months for a quote and call twice and then receive a quote that is price-wise very well above average. This company made us feel that they were not waiting for us as a customer.

Prepared for the summer and have air conditioning installed in my home by Deurloo. Good advice, good price and neatly executed.

Good experience in carrying out a malfunction on our boiler which was only 3 years old. The pump had to be replaced, which the technician said about "this happens more often when you switch the boiler off and on, then those pumps sometimes get stuck". When the bill came we were shocked, it was no less than € 500.-. We called the next day that this was a very high bill, well the lady thought that was not too bad! Well, in order not to make the story too long, eventually after a number of emails, in which I also made it clear that the rights of the consumer for free repair also extends beyond 2 years (according to the Dutch Civil Code), we still received a credit of about € 300.- So all in all very neatly solved by the Fa. Doorloo. But what is our surprise, when I called last week to make an appointment for the annual maintenance, I was told that she did not want to help us because there had been disagreements about the invoice in the past ....... ....................... SO FROM A CORRECT AND GOOD PROCESSING OF A REPAIR, YET A NICE TASTE OF DISPOSED, POOR.
