This company has renewed a central heating boiler including fittings. There was good communication in the beginning and a clear quotation was given. Unfortunately, things went wrong during the installation. Such as div leaks by having worked on the pipe work. There have to come back 2x for a new part of the ceiling due to water damage. When leaving want to shower but no hot water, the gas tap was still closed and the boiler was malfunctioning. I still asked for parts, these are neatly calculated, but most of them assembled / executed themselves, but still charged 2 hours extra. We received the invoice 2.5 months after installation. They have been working with 2 men from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. including solving the self-caused leaks and errors. We called why no discount was applied to the bill instead of extra hours. The answer was extra hours were due to my extra work question (which I have carried out myself) and they have not counted the hours they have been busy with the leaks but also did not give a discount for the misery. The intention was (normally I would have done it myself) rest and have no stress with this replacement. Unfortunately, this did not work. Due to the bad weather (rain) and having to come back, we had to mop the majority of the house twice, we were finished at half past twelve. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
