Between Christmas and New Year's Eve 2019, Mr. Jeroen covered my roof, I assisted him. Damp-proof foil was applied on top of 120mm pir insulation than the roof covering with underlayer, There was no need to tape the vapor-proof foil and pull it up against the edges. The plates were thrown in place by hitting a saw (then it did not have to bend) The house was still under construction at the time so the roof could not be completely finished, sir would come and finish it later. I paid and would call me when I was ready. A few months later I was ready and called Mr. Jeroen, after calling 3 times the answer was "yes I will come by this week because I am still in the area" I was told. Sir did not come, after a few more calls I was fed up. Another roofer called and was the same week on the sidewalk. This roofer wondered how the roof was covered because of the many air bubbles. And it was actually necessary to tape the vapor-proof foil and pull it up against the edges. After the work was finished, this man also addressed several things that were not good enough.

Offer requested and not received. The quotation was promised once again for subsequent calls. Received nothing.

After a misunderstanding in communication, Marijn Dakwerken made my roof to my satisfaction. I had previously written a review and he responded professionally and immediately arranged an appointment to repair the roof.

Does not honor agreements. Order given for repair. This would be done within 2 weeks. Not appeared. Called again, we received apologies, the assignment was completely forgotten. We were promised that repairs before Christmas 2019 would have been carried out. Never heard from Mr. Jeroen Marijn again.
