Very calm approach to my very insecure and frightened dog, she has been checked well, will probably be fine, in a week or 2 she will be checked.

Had to go here during weekend service. I found the attitude towards me surly and know-it-all, I found the attitude towards my pet too rough. I hope never to have to go here again.
