Had a very bad experience! They were not on time! They wouldn't help me while my dog ​​was having pups, eventually helped but not with pleasure! He also drove very slowly! Finally when we were at the vet they pretended to be the owners of the puppies? !! I have to ask 3 times for the receipt! I don't know what he wants to do with that receipt but he really didn't want to give it, maybe put money in his pocket ??? Then I had to go home with my litter of pups and the mother, then they were no longer there while I paid for back and forth! And they stopped coming! I had called and they said we would come within 20 minutes. After an hour they were still not there! I decided to go home myself. In the cold weather with just born pupys !!!!! Not friendly people at all !!!! No animal friends at all !!!!! No love for the animals at all !!!! And I think it is not good in all directions I almost got my receipt not 3x asking for my receipt ???? It is no good in all directions !!! Everything inside the ambulance is old! They had cages in the ambulance but they didn't take it when they came to see me! In short: Very sloppy, no good in all directions !, bad service !!!

I had found a sick blackbird and it died eventually so I call at 8 in the morning because I am the first and ask if they come to pick him up or else he is just in the garden, it was said yes we come to him but it is not urgent. I understand all that but it is now 12 o'clock and it is still there. Then say no, we don't do that, then I would have arranged something else.

I had caught an injured moorhen that was attacked by his peers. I also thought they would not come. They were busy but within the hour the ambu was at the door. It was neatly looked at and taken. It was honestly told that the grouse would probably not make it because his leg was broken: (The crew of the ambu took the time and checked the bug. So I don't have a bad experience with these people. I don't know where they came from because they have more in the region nowadays.
