We are not at all satisfied with this and do not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, tasks were done during the conversation that could be done outside of the conversation (filling in data and making calculations). Gives the idea that the appointment is planned purely for form and profit. But the most unprofessional thing was that just before the mortgage was due, we were told that we still had to bring in a large amount of money. I expect the Hypotheker to be aware of these requirements. Cost us a lot of stress. I find them very lax here. Except for the lady of the Secretariat. She is friendly and as far as possible, she does her best. She is therefore the only one to apologize. A friend of ours also ended up here and eventually terminated the contract. This is because too much went wrong. My advice find another mortgage adviser.

We were pleasantly helped, had clear explanations and good advice. We are still very happy with the mortgage we have taken out. After bad experiences in the past, this was a relief.

Inept advice, poor service. Wrong approach, but especially do not recognize your own mistakes! Do not keep appointments until a complaint has been submitted to Kifid. That's really sad.
