I booked a Toyato Yaris through them. I sent them all documents they asked for, CDR was also done and after almost 1 month when it was the time for them to give me the car, they called me to say they do not have stock and I will have to check their website again for new cars and apply again. Such a stupid customer service.

The car was delivered quickly and at a very competitive monthly price. Only the customer service is simply not good, especially the accessibility. By email it takes days or sometimes weeks to receive an answer to a question. Then, after a long wait, you are actually forced to contact us by telephone and then stand on hold for 20 minutes, while it could be so much better.

Maleficent organization! Leased a car through the consumer association. Condition was favorable because you could get rid of it after a year. What they do not tell you is that you have to pay an extra 3 months, is also not in the conditions. Now I have been trying to return my car since January, but no one is ever there to help you. They indicate that you will be called back, that does not happen either. As far as I am concerned, these types of companies can quickly disappear from the scene.

Service during the lease is perfect. However, I encountered a lot of problems when I took over the lease from someone else. For example, the entire period was still referred to the previous owner. I also had extremely many problems with passing on (although it is nice that it is possible) of my lease contract. This appears to be mainly caused by poor communication between departments and little automation. They are sent from pillar to post and because of this they probably don't have a department where this normally belongs: the complaints department. I still get invalid invoices to this day, every time it is caused by other human errors. I also have to receive money back, which due to human errors has not been successful up to this day ... now more than 3 months later. In short: perfect for leasing the entire contract. My tip is to go to another lease company if there is the possibility that you do not want to complete your lease contract in full.
