Very satisfied. Good atmosphere in the practice. Clasps are neatly placed (compared to previous ortho). The latest technology is used. Specific wishes clearly or indicate an extra time, then we act accordingly if possible. Orthodontists and employees are enthusiastic and professional.

Choose another one As a supervisor (parent) you are not taken seriously. There you sit as an old woman on the edge of the sidewalk. Because it runs out for half an hour. Customer-friendly is hard to find. A practice that makes money first. For some skilled employees go elsewhere you deserve better

I had my braces here, was helped well, only sometimes my lock was loose the next day before the rest was fine orthodontist

I am very satisfied with this practice. Everything runs on time. I had 1 breakdown and came 1 day earlier (living in another province), although she sent a nice text message with a reminder and the correct date. They were able to help me on that day. Very professional, accurate assistants and orthodontists, the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Good cooperation between orthodontist and other specialists (from the hospital) and clear communication to the customer. Personal approach. Very modern appearance, cleanliness, and ample parking (also important). The receptionists keep an eye on everything and warn the client well in advance if they see that the consultation is going to end a bit to prevent fines (free parking is until 9 am and then after 2 pm). All in all - top practice!
