Good service, the speaker of my laptop produced a crackling sound. Because my laptop had a residual value of 250 euros and the repair cost 80 euros, I am glad they were able to help me. At first I was a bit hesitant whether the 80 euros would solve the problem, it worked and I am very happy! :). My 2.5 year old laptop can now last a little longer.
