A recently opened center with a lot of potential for the future. Now the facilities are for Taekwondo, kickboxing and defense. Fitness, ladies program and many other activities will be added later. Keep track of the website and the Fight & Fit website.

When you enter you are welcomed by everyone and you immediately feel at home. Training for young and old and training are given to measure. Very diverse lessons and a very nice dojang with a bar, parking, all the trimmings. Highly recommended for everyone!

Participate for a few years, my son started here when he was 5 and is now 14 and still doing taekwon-do. The group is very nice and sometimes they train hard. The trainings often vary, due to the large selection of professional teachers. Respect for each other is of paramount importance here, as is pleasure.

Very nice atmosphere and the group is super close! The teachers are very professional and give good lesson! I would recommend anyone to come over for a trial lesson!
