More than 2 years ago I made time to change my life, started with personal training. Now I exercise at least 3 times a week. New schedules regularly. Already lost more than 30 kg, super guidance. It was already a nice gym, but it has become even more beautiful after the renovation. Apart from that, all devices are present and you can do all your exercise. The atmosphere is pleasant, the "room" is clean and the changing rooms and showers hygienic.

For me, visiting the gym has become a "way of life." It keeps me fit and I feel better for it. I find the atmosphere in the gym cozy and inviting. They do this, for example, by drawing up a personal program after consultation so that you can exactly achieve your goal. A strong point, I think Body Business keeps up with the trends in cross zone zijn.De ongoing expansion within the fitness world is a good example. This gym tries to do something extra for every member. * Soon a top-level metamorphosis of the gym.
