I had a really nice experience. I explained the hairdresser, even in english, where to cut, how, and she followed while giving me advices. I hope she's there soon when I come back, as she was abt to take maternity leaves. I do recommend

The prices are like in any other Brain Wash. Girls who works there are nice and professional. I really like my hair colour. Good job 😊👍

AVOID! AVOID! Horrible! The staff are very unprofessional, rude and impolite. I waited for more than one hour when there was no one in front me in the line. No one was working and all the staff were in a room in the back speaking! After one hour I complained and they refused to give me service. I will never try them again.

I am well cut but the staff really made me feel that customers are not welcome. Girl who washes hair does not feel like a chat and the hairdresser who helped me was so negative that I was shocked. She was so negative about her customers, she did not trust them in this corona time. She was afraid to get it herself. At some point someone unexpectedly enters and this lady lady was in my eyes just chased away. It screamed very panic, not coming in, and my hairdresser also called Kst as if she were a little dog. I was really sorry about this and said I couldn't! She said that this is possible and that she had sent people away more often, so I do not find her professional how she deals with customers, but especially her attitude that she does not want to cut at all. I understand that she is afraid, but that is not how you treat people.
