Due to a large-scale renovation of the bathroom and toilets, we have had intensive contact with Niels Bonga and his team in recent months. From the moment you walk into the store, you have the undivided attention of Niels, who will help you create the most beautiful bathroom with his experience, broad expertise and many creative ideas. Nothing is too much trouble! Niels made a beautiful 3D design which really helped us to realize our future dream bathroom. Even if you are very critical and value the smallest details, Niels remains patient and thinks along well. The service is also exceptional: nothing is too much for them, they really do everything for you, the service and aftercare is of a very high level! Sylvester, for example, is really an asset: adept & extremely helpful and a very good addition to the team. Large quantities of items have been delivered to us: and absolutely everything of our orders was correct, and everything was in perfect condition. Sanisale Utrecht is very busy (which is logical, with such high-quality products and excellent staff) and that is why you sometimes have to go somewhere extra. But all understanding for this and immediate action will be taken! Nobody is perfect, but Sanisale Utrecht is close to it. Incredible how they perform under such a high workload. We will recommend Sanisale Utrecht to anyone who is going to renovate their bathroom or toilet.

At Sanisale Utrecht we have selected the tiles from Sphinx Avenue. Jeffrey and Niels have helped us well. In the first week, the contractor already indicated that we may have ordered too few floor tiles. Ordered from Sanisale the same week and before the tilers arrived, they were already delivered. At the time of the tiling work it also turned out that we would still have a 2 box wall and possibly 1 box floor too little. Niels and Jeffrey have handled this carefully and properly. Ultimately, the box of floor tiles turned out not to be necessary, and these were also taken back by Sanisale. Excellent service and after-sale service!

Very friendly and expert assistance at Sanisale. Plenty of time was taken for us and we received good advice. We were able to get a lot of inspiration in the store and the seller told us and showed us a lot. The offer is enormous. I would definitely recommend this business if you value expertise and honesty. The guys from Sanisale know what they are talking about and think along well. We will definitely come back.

Really bad service. Everything was delivered weeks later, then the wrong stuff was delivered and certain items were duplicated. I have had Sanisale on the phone every day, I would always be called back but that never happened, then I could call myself again. How hard can it be?! If you are in the middle of a renovation / relocation you simply do not have time for it, you pay them a lot of money so you can expect something in return, but apparently not at Sanisale. For weeks I was told "it will really be delivered this week", which ultimately does not happen. Nothing has been solved by them. After a month, the bathroom furniture was still not there, then I got a bathroom furniture from the showroom, second-hand. They have never come to my rescue, despite the poor execution and service of this job. Incidentally, the men who have installed / assembled everything have done it very nicely, but they also indicated that this unfortunately happens more often at Sanisale. I would never recommend them and stop doing business myself, I would rather pay a little more.
