I share the "one star" experiences of previous reviewers. The difficult economic times ahead for entrepreneurs have an advantage: you can choose a good plumber instead of depending on a bad one (-re).

did not show up and did not hear from them. Called one hour after appointment, would be called back immediately. After another hour of hearing nothing called again, even now we would be called back immediately. After another half hour called again, to hear that the engineers had gone home and the next appointment could only be made for 6 days later.

Quickly helped by extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was needed urgently and the crowds could quickly get someone there

Same experience as the previous customer, not fulfilling agreements several times. Adjusts an invoice from the scaffold builder on his own initiative. When someone finally comes by, they explicitly promise that the problem will be solved no later than a week later. Of course that was not the case, nothing more has been heard of; no phone call either. Unfortunately, we were stuck with this fool because our neighboring building of the Bo-ex works with this company and the gutters of both buildings would be completely replaced .. If you have the choice, do not join forces!

I do not advise anyone to do business with this company. We were assigned this company as a contractor via Brugman fa. Unfortunately during the whole process nothing but doom and gloom. What had to be done in 2 weeks and a little more than 5 weeks with hassle. Nothing planned, no shower, no progress. Tomorrow the painter has to finish a few things and then we count week 8. From us the fa. Van de Vooren "gets an extra cold shower!
