We were very happy with the broker of Evers Makelaardij. We were looking for a real estate agent in the very short term and Wout Meulenbelt was immediately ready to help us, even with a house far beyond the province. Mr. Meulenbelt clearly works for his client, asks critical questions that we had never thought of and gives clear but independent advice. Above all, he is not trapped by a selling real estate agent and really sees everything about a house. We have experienced the collaboration as very pleasant and strongly recommend the Evers brokerage.

Serious real estate agent Wout Meulenbelt, who takes a critical look at the house, before taking it for sale. Almost always available by phone, certainly not a 9-5 mentality. Nice communication, straightforward. Good feedback and instructions on how to present the house. Recommended!
