From the first encounter with Eminent Makelaars I had every confidence in the knowledge and expertise of this office. The collaboration with Emine feels very personal and involved. As a starter I had a lot of questions and Emine was ready to answer them. Moreover, she knows the local market like no other, listens carefully to your wishes and thinks along well. She also has good insight into architectural aspects. In the bidding process she outlines a realistic price and probability estimate. Given the housing market in Utrecht, you need the qualities of a buying agent more than ever and I would definitely recommend Emine as a buying agent!

Have E.Galeli carry out valuation for a property to be purchased. Never had a valuation been completed so quickly. She responds quickly and the costs are in line with what the average costs for a valuation are. I recommend it. For comparison, I am still waiting for the valuation report of my property to be sold by another real estate agent, the valuation of which took place 4 days earlier.
