Best vet in Utrecht for rats! I always take mine here. They are extremely experienced and knowledgable. Their main concern is the wellbeing of your pets, by solving existent issues or by preventive measures. Even the ones where I wasn't sure if they'd make it, they helped me to help them pull through. Even if they recommend something, you are free to make your own choice. I really recommend them, the expertise is amazing.

Really nice vet. I have had 2 rats, they have been able to treat them well, do not ask for the most extreme in terms of price (have seen more expensive) and are very skilled with rats. This is not my standard vet, I do not live in Utrecht. When I had to put one of my rats to sleep with my own vet, and this came up when I made an appointment for the other, I got a condolence card from them. Without looks or blushes. It made me emotional, helped me to recognize that she is no longer there. After the operation, the other rat went with the new owner that I agreed with at the animal clinic itself. They were very involved and also started a conversation with the new owner of how to proceed. Very nice that they are so involved in thinking about the animals. I am really happy with them. Gymppi is very happy if he can go to the vet. Not knowing that he has just been helped. Gymppi does not think that way. He is angry for a while, but you see him getting better every minute. They are all so sweet for Gymppi. Get compliments that he is beautiful and he notices it, then he becomes calmer. We are very happy that they are our vet, De Dierenkliniek.
