Ended up at Mooove because of my wish to get off the car from work and own my first car. I am really fantastic and helped with a warm personal touch. I was continuously kept informed about the purchase process, which also went smoothly beyond expectations. In the days when I sat up with replacement transport, the gentlemen offered me a replacement alternative free of charge. I am extremely pleased with Mooove's services and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants serious, reliable and genuinely human help. Keep it up guys, you deserve a big 👍 In particular, Laurens of course, who has shown loads of patience.

26th at 12 noon made an appointment to view and buy a car. Opel signum 3.0 v6 cosmo 2007 diesel on the marketplace ap I am appped 1 minute to 12 that he sold it. I was literally already in the hallway of the building looking for him. I drove 45 minutes before jan joker and can drive back empty-handed. at least I received a cheap bottle of white wine as a consolation prize. I was really furious but left again because I was no longer allowed to make an offer. then he also tells me that he sold it for less than what I had in mind. he could have called earlier that there were already buyers for the car, that would have saved me an hour and a half and cost me time and fuel. (still had been a sour apple, but less than now) The seller says to call me if the same / equivalent car will be offered. However, this felt more like a '' try to make the customer feel satisfied '' promise. not a single star for the service and communication. 1 star well sort of but for the consolation prize ..... if the promise is kept, I will change this review into a 5 star positive review
