Fantastic car rental. No young-renter fees, the staff here are super nice and helpful. Overall, a great renting experience, renting a Mitsubishi Space Star for the weekend. Would absoloutely do again. Only downside: they require maestro cards.
I rent the promotion car from Autohopper for one day. The process was smooth without an issue.
Had ordered a large car (station), but was told when they picked it up that they only had one fiesta available. To their surprise, the reserved "big" car had not yet been returned. Because I had no choice, I had to take the fiesta (had to drive 4 hours by car with 4 adults that day).
Before I wanted to drive away I had to determine and indicate that and scratches / damage was on 1 rim. Car was not clean inside.
While driving off I found out that the tank was not completely full.
Only plus is that the staff was friendly, everything else could be improved.
Rented bus more than met expectations! Only minor miscommunication regarding pick-up time on Saturday. You can make a choice before 08:00, however the office is only open at 09:00. Furthermore top!
During period of repair to my car, rented a car here, well arranged, clear story and for 25 euros a day you can go nowhere. Top!
