Came in to buy a new Volvo.
Old sales guy incapable of selling anything. Did not even get my name or number. He should be ashamed.
As the main Volvo dealer in Amsterdam they are quite arrogant. they are very nice and smilly until you buy the car but don't count on them for maintenance or applying the guarantee. Terrible experience.
Popped by for a lightbulb change. They did it quickly and free of charge. Awesome service.
The Place to be
There is no company with such poor service for its well paying customers as Bangarage Zuid-Oost.
Three visits, three huge disappointments. I will never set one foot there anymore.
