Picnic

Great service! Have been ordering groceries with them weekly for almost three years now. - Very intuitive app, great features are continuously added (a.o. adding additional groceries till 22h the day before your delivery). - Option to suggest missing products, they add new products all the time. - Very friendly and helpful customer service. Cannot stress this enough. If a product is not up to standard (rarely happens) it's possible to report this in the app. You get the option for a refund or to get it for free the next week. They ask for feedback every single week. Easy to reach them via WhatsApp. - Saves so much time. It's so easy to order, mostly even for the next day. We used to order with Vomar or AH before, was more hassle and more advance planning. - Prices are competitive and delivery is free with electric cars. Thanks for being so great!!

Good concept but terribly poorly executed. Like the electric cars, for which the advantages disappear due to the fact that the heating runs on a very polluting diesel engine, if it is already working (often deliverers are sent out without working heating). Not only am I a customer of picnic, I have also worked there. Customers are treated disrespectfully and the products are of poor quality. Eggs arrive broken, which is not surprising given the workload of the employees, who have to work for a starvation wage. You cannot turn to the managers for help, both as a customer and as an employee. My advice is not to order here and not to work here.

Al een heel tijdje klant van Picnic en super tevreden. De laatste tijd minder doordat ze het Gwoon merk langzaam vervangen door de huismerken, maar het Picnic merk is geen vooruitgang. Kijk bijvoorbeeld naar de vruchtensappen. Van het Gwoon merk volop keuze wat wordt vervangen door Picnic “nectar” sap oftewel concentraat met toegevoegd suiker. Gewoon ongezondere keuzes dus en dat verkopen als vooruitgang.
