Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!!
They send an invoice for me to a wrong person and after 2 years they claim extra costs on me!
They do not respond to emails, they do not deliver what they promise, they make abuse of customers (second horrible experience I had with this company, first time they broke my central heating and charged me for a new one)!!
HORRIBLE!!
I would leave zero stars if I could...I tried many times to amend my appointment and was informed someone would call me back, this never happened and last minute they themselves cancelled having waited 6 weeks for an appointment. You also wait ages on the line to speak to someone and they don't keep a record of your calls. If you were to have an emergency, I would very much doubt that you can rely on Feenstra.
I was expecting top service from this professional company. That was not the case.
1. The technician left the workplace dirty
2. We agreed that he would clean the exhaust pipe, which he said first he would do it and later one said it was not a "safety risk". Even when it is not a safety risk, I was expecting a cleaning of the system
3. The total price was was about 3.5 times what initially anticipated
I wish I had read the reviews available here before I contacted them. This is by far my worst experience with service, even for the ‘local standards’. I wasted two weeks waiting for the promised service. I was left with no warm water and zero contact from them.
They broke my boiler, made me pay for a new one and the worse of all, after many complains they didn’t even bother getting in contact with me!
It looks like they are used to disrespect their customers! Shame on them!!!!!!!
