Super good service👍 we had ordered a lightning mcqueen. The package arrived within 2 working days so super fast! Unfortunately something was not quite right about our beautiful lightning, because he could not do without a charger. I picked up customer service, and they searched for a solution. Unfortunately nothing was to his benefit, and he still had to go back to the store. They have checked lightning mcqueen but unfortunately it wasn't that nice for them either ... 😂 they sent a new one the same day and passed on the track and trace. So Robohome top service! EnMenig webshop can learn for you ... Keep it up!

Product delivered quickly, but the packaging of the gift itself had been very dirty and open. Sent a message, but unfortunately received no response. Not nice to give the gift.
